How are you all doing today?! I tell you what, I’m feeling so much better!
My itching has almost fully subsided and my stomach feels a ton better too!

Hmm..today…Lol in all honesty guys I don’t have a plan yet!
One thing to know about me is that I don’t have an emotional attachment to food. Now don’t get me wrong, I LOVE good food! But it isn’t something I focus on a lot.
Generally, I will make up batches of something or another, and it lasts quite a few days throughout the week.
Unless I’m totally over having the meal I can generally eat it multiple times. So when you read these meal plans just keep that in mind. 😊
Highs & Lows
- 6 am: Woke up feeling great, ready to kick the day!
- 7:45 am: Finishing the remaining vegetable broth
- *Scratch that! It turned sour 😣
- 8:30: Buckwheat porridge, no honey
- Noon: Chicken fajita style with brown rice
- 6:30 pm: Remaining tomato sauce with baking soda added to cut the acid and a salad
Day 8 Summary
All in all Day 8 went well. Minus tasting the sour broth,
I’ll do a final update on that come day 10 so stay tuned!
